Leigh Jones

Leigh Jones has nearly two decades of real estate development and urban planning experience in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. At Stone Sherick, she works with nonprofit and for-profit clients on all facets of affordable housing development, from site acquisition and development entitlements to securing and closing on a wide range of financing sources, including low-income housing tax credits and tax exempt bond financing. Prior to joining Stone Sherick in 2013, Leigh was with the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, where she worked on large scale redevelopment projects across Center City and University City. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and is also a licensed New Jersey Professional Planner. Leigh received a Bachelor’s degree from Pomona College, where she studied Public Policy, and she has a Master of City & Regional Planning degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
