Maya Greenstein

Maya holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Development from Temple University, graduating summa cum laude. Maya joined the team in September 2025, following her summer internship at SSCG, bringing a strong foundation in community development and equity-centered planning. Before joining Stone Sherick, she interned at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission where she led the creation of equity policy resources for regional partners and designed outreach strategies to expand public participation in the planning process. Previously, at the Philadelphia City Planning Commission, she researched and developed best practices at the intersection of urban planning, public health, and equity. Maya’s experiences across the planning and community development fields have strengthened her commitment and passion to work towards housing equity.
